Social Security Can Be the Death of You "Imagine how many politicians would rush to the TV cameras to proclaim their outrage at this treatment of hard-working American citizens by an evil corporation--and then announce hearings and new legislation aimed at fixing the problem." That is, if "private" corporations were screwing their employees like the Social Security Administration is screwing all those who participate in its "mandated" Ponzi scheme.
