What if this happened from ingestion of a dietary supplement?

Hour Two: Is Healthcare a Right? – Is Obamacare constitutional? Rep. John Lewis apparently believes so. Does the preamble provide free health care for all? What exactly is the “pursuit of happiness” – if not the ability to steal from your neighbor to buy stuff you claim you need?
“Well, when you start off with the Preamble of the Constitution, you talk about the pursuit of happiness,” Lewis told CNS News regarding the mandate’s justification. ”You go to the 14th Amendment–it’s equal protection under the law and we have not repealed the 14th Amendment. People have a right to have health care. It’s not a privilege but a right.”
Never mind that the pursuit of happiness is in the Declaration of Independence, not the Preamble of the Constitution. I’ve got news for John Lewis and all of his socialist-leaning buddies – healthcare cannot be a right because it requires violating the rights of others in order to exercise it. Has he ever read, “Thou shalt not steal”? I realize that the Ten Commandments predate the Constitution by a few years, but…
Up to half of all Americans have pre-existing conditions. If Obamacare were constitutional – would it even help? What is a pre-existing condition? More often than not - it is a chronic disease caused by environmental toxicity or nutritional deficiency - or some combination of the two. Would you be surprised to learn that neither of those scenarios is reversed by the medical monopoly coverage mandated under the Health Care Reform Act?
