"FDA, Obama-care OK's Pig Virus DNA for Kids" podcast link

"FDA, Obama-care OK's Pig Virus DNA for Kids" podcast link – Is this a whitewash or a hogwash? If there were pig pathogen DNA in a dietary supplement manufactured for ingestion, would the FDA allow it to remain on the market for one second? Yet a vaccination intended for injection is OK? You want credibility – look anywhere else but the pharmaceutically-conflicted FDA.

Childhood diarrhea? Remedies coming up this hour. No Rotarix allowed.

In the meantime, the FDA has revealed its true colors and they are not red, white and blue. In a motion to dismiss a lawsuit from supporters of raw milk, the Fear and Death Administration admitted that it is an extraconstitutional rogue agency operating on behalf of multi-national corporations with no allegiance to any nation or state. How do I know? Straight from FDA attorneys:

There is no deeply rooted historical tradition of unfettered access to foods of all kinds…Plaintiff’s assertion of a fundamental right to their own bodily and physical health, which includes what foods they do and do not choose to consume for themselves and their families is similarly unavailing because plaintiffs do not have a fundamental right to obtain any food they wish.”

Or how about this communistic FDA admission:

Americans do not have a fundamental right to enter into private contractual agreements with one another.”

The lawsuits are flying at Barack Obama and the federal government in attempts to have the courts declare Obama-care unconstitutional. Clearly it is, but what should you do in the meantime?
