Ready, Set, Detoxify and Healing 2010 Style sans Socialism or Fascism

Will we remember these truths in 2010? It seems that we spent much of 2009 awakening to the realization that most of what happens in Washington, D.C. violates our fundamental rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Will Congress insist on criminalizing millions of Americans simply for their refusal to participate in allopathic medical insurance? How can anyone who holds freedom as an American ideal defend the Obama-imperative to reform health care in such a blatantly unconstitutional way? At least two explanations immediately come to mind:

1. Representatives and Senators who support this genetically-modified health care reform cannot possibly hold freedom as a core guiding principle.
2. Representatives and Senators who support mandating this allopathic slavery would not even recognize the Constitution if they were taken back to its original ratification in 1787-88.

Question: Besides auditing the Fed, what 2009-10 legislation would be most efficient at restoring liberty to the country that once held it dear?

Answer: The Free Competition in Currency Act. Don't worry, for those who still lust for fractional reserve banking and fiat money, it would not officially End the Fed, just bring about some much needed COMPETITION to the force and fraud that is the globalist bankster economy. Warfare and welfare are two sides of the same clad coin and are the necessary drugs for the health of the state.

One nation under monopoly? Or will it be one planet under monopoly? Is 2010 the year we finally end monopolies?

The FDA-approved drug monopoly continues to be the 3rd leading cause of death in American every year. Both monopoly medicine and monopoly money are shielded from the negative consequences of their foundational bankruptcy, at least until the people see through their psychological operations to keep us ignorant, docile and compliant. Year 2009 was a year of many awakenings and it will take more than government-mandated Prozac and fluoride in the water supply to put the people back to sleep.

In 2010, whether or not China continues to underwrite U.S. debt, their ancient proverb has become true: We do live in interesting times. Happy New Year to all and to all a year of creativity that reaches far beyond the bounds of those who would keep us enslaved to perpetual Hegelian dialectics.

CONGRESSMAN RON PAUL INTRODUCES 3 BILLS TO RESTORE CONSTITUTIONAL GOVERNMENT; END FDA CENSORSHIP OF HEALTH CLAIMS; AND END FTC CENSORSHIP OF HEALTH INFORMATION

Washington, D.C.: Today on the floor of the House of Representatives, Congressman Ron Paul introduced three bills that would restore constitutional government; end FDA censorship of health claims; and end FTC censorship of health information.

HR 3396: The Congressional Responsibility and Accountability Act. This bill prohibits regulations promulgated from regulatory agencies from going into effect unless passed into law by Congress in the way in which the Constitution designates. Under Article I of the Constitution, the Congress of the United States, our elected representatives, are the ones given the exclusive power to make laws. In violation of the non-delegation doctrine, about 90% of all law created by the federal government is the product of unelected heads of bureaucratic agencies, not our elected representatives. From 1934 to the present, the Congress of the United States has delegated executive, legislative, and judicial governing power to these agencies. The founding fathers warned that this combination would give birth to tyranny, self-dealing, and corruption and would be the death of liberty. Because the unelected bureaucracy makes the laws, the nation has been transformed from a republic into a bureaucratic oligarchy. Congressman Ron Paul’s Congressional Responsibility and Accountability Act restores constitutional government by returning to Congress the responsibility to make laws, thereby making them once again accountable for the laws to those who elect them.

HR 3395: The Health Freedom Act. This bill removes FDA’s power of prior restraint over all nutrient-disease relationship claims. Under the bill, the FDA may not prohibit any statement concerning a nutrient affecting a disease (including treatment effects) from being made in the market and may only act against a statement once made if it possesses clear and convincing evidence that the statement is false. Presently the FDA blocks an enormous quantity of truthful information concerning the effects of nutrients and foods on disease from reaching consumers. That barrier is removed by the Health Freedom Act, but the Act preserves the power of the government to prosecute those who communicate falsehood. The essential purpose of the First Amendment is to disarm the federal government of the power to impose a prior restraint on speech. The FDA has imposed a prior restraint for decades to the health detriment of the public. Passage of the Health Freedom Act will restore constitutional governance by reasserting the supremacy of the First Amendment over the Food and Drug Administration.

HR 3394: The Health Information Protection Act. This bill prevents the Federal Trade Commission from taking action against any advertiser that communicates a health benefit for a product unless the FTC first establishes based on clear and convincing evidence that the statement made is false and that its communication causes harm to the public. Presently, the FTC reverses the Fifth Amendment burden of proof on the government when it charges advertisers with deceptive advertising and then demands that they prove their speech true based on contemporaneously held documentation or be deemed to have advertised deceptively. The Fifth Amendment requires that FTC bear the burden of proving advertising deceptive. It may not constitutionally shift the burden to the advertiser to prove its statements not deceptive. The First Amendment requires that FTC not act against speech unless the speech is probably false. It may not constitutionally accuse a party of false advertising yet lack proof that the advertising is false and condemn advertising based on an absence of documentation concerning the truth of the statement rather than the presence of evidence establishing the falsity of the statement.

Dr. Paul’s introduction of these three momentous bills offers hope to those who presently perceive themselves as disenfranchised and seek a return to constitutional government.

Trillions from space aliens: Obama and Congress look to outer reaches of galaxy to help the Fed monetize the Milky Way

Headline: Fed to pump another $1 trillion into U.S. economy "Saying that the recession continues to deepen, the U.S. Federal Reserve announced Wednesday that it would pump an extra $1 trillion into the economy by buying mortgage-backed securities and long-term Treasury issues."

From where does this additional trillion come from? My money is on space aliens, because there is no government on planet earth that has anymore money to throw into the hell-hole known as international banking. Since the breakdown of Bretton Woods under Nixon, money, as authorized by the Constitution, has ceased to be.

From whom can we borrow when it becomes obvious to everyone that we have a debt that can NEVER be repaid? According to the Fed, it's not a problem. Sure. Why borrow when you can print? Monetize the debt and pay it back with inflated paper. Sound reasonable to you? I just held a Zimbabwe "One Trillion Dollar" note yesterday. That currency has collapsed.

"Higher prices are the result of inflation, not its cause."

Of course, the inevitable result of Federal Reserve hyperinflation is flight from the U.S. fiat dollar. That's when your loaf of bread is bought with a wheelbarrow full of paper. How dumb do you have to be to be an economist?

The delusional descendants of John Maynard Keynes refuse to grow up. Instead, they smoke the never-ending supply of Federal Reserve Notes in the hopes of re-inflating the economic bubble devoid of oxygen, especially because the "pump" is manufactured by fractional reserve banking. Here is a reasonable suggestion from Ron Paul:

"HR1207, dubbed the Federal Reserve Transparency Act of 2009, will give the Comptroller General of the United States authority to audit the Federal Reserve."

Support it only if you want to see how deep the monetary rabbit-hole goes. For those of you who don't, there's always Prozac. Lord knows what you'll use to pay for it when the world flees the Federal Reserve Note dollar...

Headline: Health Care Scare: What's Buried Deep in the Bill? "...no one from either party is objecting to the health provisions slipped in without discussion."

What does a bill that pretends to "bail out the economy in a dire emergency" have to do with government health care? Well, if your aim is to implement national socialism, you can't well do it without fully co-opting 17% of the GDP, can you?

As far as I can tell, the Pharmaceutical Industrial Complex is not in need of financial help. They have enough money to bail out the governments of many small countries. Yet, the soon to be trillion-plus Federal Reserve Note synthetic-stimulus contains "hidden" clauses that will allow for full implementation of Hillary Clinton's fondest dreams, Universal Health Care, which is actually Orwellian-speak for "pharmaceutical disease management bureaucracy."

According to Rep. Ron Paul, they were not even given an opportunity to read the bill before they voted on it. At least he voted "no." Didn't anybody's momma tell them not to sign ANYTHING before reading it?

In addition to the destruction it will unleash on licensed medical doctors, it portends to be a nightmare for anyone invested in the use of natural healing methods. What is left of health freedom goes Barack-a-bye baby. That is, unless the American people wake up and recognize their true identity and subsequently re-establish a proper relationship with their servant-government.

The bill, after being signed by the Obama, will track your medical treatments "...electronically by a federal system."

Will it effect you? According to the bill's health directives, the regulations will affect “every individual in the United States” (445, 454, 479). Do we have an identity crisis? If you were to assume that you are an "individual" as defined in the statute-to-be, it would behoove you to learn the definition first. Assumptions at law are very dangerous things because they typically bind people to covert and overt clauses which do not even apply to them. If it is too much to consider that people in power try to dupe people who are not, then go ahead and assume away the last of your dwindling health freedoms.

"One new bureaucracy, the National Coordinator of Health Information Technology, will monitor treatments to make sure your doctor is doing what the federal government deems appropriate and cost effective."

Does anyone in Washington, D.C. find anything in that statement problematic? How about the rest of the country that Chuck Schumer refers to as the "chattering" class? How do you like the feds getting to decide what is "appropriate" in the care of your health? Appropriate? Pretty much EVERYTHING they do is INappropriate and UNconstitutional.

And what about "cost effective?" This is the same government that needs to spend a trillion dollars in order to create what they claim will be 4 million jobs! $250,000 per job sounds sweet until you realize that it would enslave us all to an evil bureaucratic oligarchy. How much does it cost to create a job in the private sector?

These provisions in the simulus-stimulus bill are eerily similar to what Tom Daschle prescribed in his 2008 book, “Critical: What We Can Do About the Health-Care Crisis.” Check this out:

According to Daschle, doctors have to give up autonomy and “learn to operate less like solo practitioners.”

In other words, Daschle wants doctors to become more collectivist than they already are. If these licensed representatives of state medicine do not acquiesce and become “meaningful users” of the new system, they will face penalties. As is typical of 1,000-plus page bills rushed through without ample reading time, the term “meaningful user” isn’t even defined in the bill. Does Tommy-boy get to make it up as he goes along? Or has the script already been written?

In his book, Daschle proposed an appointed body with vast powers to make the “tough” decisions elected politicians won’t make.

What tough decisions is he talking about? All of them. Once passed, the unelected, unaccountable bureaucratic oligarchy takes over and does whatever it wants to in support of those entities that have purchased special treatment from government. Complain to your representative? They will write a letter to a regulator, show it to you and explain how there is nothing he can do. That's the "tough" decision to which Daschle refers. That way, it's never the fault of your congressional representative. But they sure wrote a "tough" letter.

[Daschle] praises Europeans for being more willing to accept “hopeless diagnoses” and “forgo experimental treatments,” and he chastises Americans for expecting too much from the health-care system.

I suppose when you steal money from your neighbor to pay for your medical care, they could argue about the way you spend it...or even if you can spend it. But under this new law, even if you have the money to pay for a procedure deemed not cost-effective out of your own pocket, your doctor could be fined or imprisoned for helping you. This is the land of the free? More like the home of the drugged.

"This board approves or rejects treatments using a formula that divides the cost of the treatment by the number of years the patient is likely to benefit."

Mooooo. Socialized medicine reduces you to a number or a statistic. Under the Obama plan, you are no longer human, but have become digits in some actuarial table to determine whether it's worth it to even attempt to save your life with the wonders of modern, government-licensed medicine. You don't get even a fraction back of what is stolen from you. Why do socialist elitists in government want so desperately to take over healthcare in America?

"The health-care industry is the largest employer in the U.S. It produces almost 17 percent of the nation’s gross domestic product."

That's the rapid route to a socialized America. Freedom never had a chance against the drugs of BIG PHARMA. Congratulations Obama. Isn't it time for you to roll over and have a cigarette?
