Ready, Set, Detoxify and Healing 2010 Style sans Socialism or Fascism

Will we remember these truths in 2010? It seems that we spent much of 2009 awakening to the realization that most of what happens in Washington, D.C. violates our fundamental rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Will Congress insist on criminalizing millions of Americans simply for their refusal to participate in allopathic medical insurance? How can anyone who holds freedom as an American ideal defend the Obama-imperative to reform health care in such a blatantly unconstitutional way? At least two explanations immediately come to mind:

1. Representatives and Senators who support this genetically-modified health care reform cannot possibly hold freedom as a core guiding principle.
2. Representatives and Senators who support mandating this allopathic slavery would not even recognize the Constitution if they were taken back to its original ratification in 1787-88.

Question: Besides auditing the Fed, what 2009-10 legislation would be most efficient at restoring liberty to the country that once held it dear?

Answer: The Free Competition in Currency Act. Don't worry, for those who still lust for fractional reserve banking and fiat money, it would not officially End the Fed, just bring about some much needed COMPETITION to the force and fraud that is the globalist bankster economy. Warfare and welfare are two sides of the same clad coin and are the necessary drugs for the health of the state.

One nation under monopoly? Or will it be one planet under monopoly? Is 2010 the year we finally end monopolies?

The FDA-approved drug monopoly continues to be the 3rd leading cause of death in American every year. Both monopoly medicine and monopoly money are shielded from the negative consequences of their foundational bankruptcy, at least until the people see through their psychological operations to keep us ignorant, docile and compliant. Year 2009 was a year of many awakenings and it will take more than government-mandated Prozac and fluoride in the water supply to put the people back to sleep.

In 2010, whether or not China continues to underwrite U.S. debt, their ancient proverb has become true: We do live in interesting times. Happy New Year to all and to all a year of creativity that reaches far beyond the bounds of those who would keep us enslaved to perpetual Hegelian dialectics.

Healing Beyond FDA's Culture of Death and AIDS by Drugs

Radio broadcast on Sunday, June 28, 2009 from 1 PM to 3 PM EDT: Lost in all the debates about Obama's trillion dollar health care overhaul is the inconvenient truth that there is no constitutional authority for the federal government to nationalize over 15% of the GDP in one fell swoop. Nor is it constitutional that it be done incrementally either.

Of course, now that GM and Chrysler are owned by the feds, I suppose it's unreasonable to bring up the Constitution in any debate about our descent into fascistic socialism. Dare I mention the banks and the financial industry? Will it now be illegal to refer to the Declaration of Independence on the 4th of July because of the threat that that founding document poses to tyrannical government? Is your congressional representative co-sponsoring HR1207 to audit the Fed yet?

Did free market health care fail us? Not even close. Our constitutionally-deficient Congress has long since embraced corporatism as if it were true capitalism. "Monopoly" is much more than a Parker Bros board game -- it has become the essence of what is wrongly referred to as health care in America. While most people realize that two wrongs do not make a right, calling the Obama plan "universal" or "single-payer" does not make the monopoly medicine that it strengthens less wrong.

The only thing that can save health care (something that does not actually exist currently) is freedom. Your freedom to choose the healer and healing path that you believe is right for you and your family. It is not a proper role of constitutional government to drug and inject you while attacking natural methodologies and substances that might compete with federally-sanctioned medicine.

Excuse me, Mr. President, to which clause do you refer when waving the banner for socialized medicine? I have yet to find the one that authorizes the granting of monopoly status to a pharmaceutical industrial complex, least of all to one with no allegiance to any nation or state. Have you?

Hour One: FDA's Culture of Death -- Michael Jackson's death puts the spotlight back on FDA approved medications and their role in hastening the demise of hundreds of thousands of Americans every year. It appears that the King of Pop may also have been the king of pain pills. Are inflammation and pain a nagging part of your life? I suppose we'll have to discuss natural ways to go that are not approved by the FDA. Jacko would likely still be alive and well today had he chosen nature over liver-destroying substances granted monopoly status by blatantly unconstitutional government.

Even if you are a big fan of Demerol, when was the last time you heard of someone dying from an overdose of Omega-3 fats or White Willow Bark tincture? When did specific amino acids and St. John's Wort ever cause suicidal and homicidal behavior the way that FDA approved psychiatric medications do? When did Echinacea, garlic, oil of oregano or silver hydrosol ever cause the development of drug-resistant flesh eating bacteria?

One definition of insanity is believing the lies coming from FDA that nature is a greater danger than the synthetic substances favored by the emperor-like bureaucratic oligarchy. Is it constitutional for Congress to abrogate rule-making authority on laws that are passed to an unelected bureaucracy, particularly those that restrict your freedom to heal without resorting to death-inducing drugs?

In the news: Safety of Garcinia Cambogia Validated in the Wake of the FDA’s Warning Letter "The controversy surrounded the safety of one of Hydroxycut’s ingredients, a plant called Garcinia cambogia, which contains hydroxycitric acid (HCA)" he was injected three times a day with Demerol Dilaudid, Vicodin, He had jus had a heart attack - was he also on blood thinners, statin drugs and blood pressure medication?

Michael Jackson's deadly cocktail of drugs "His other drugs included muscle relaxant Soma, a sedative called Xanax and anti-depressant Zoloft. He also took Paxil for anxiety and heartburn pill Prilosec."

Hour Two: AIDS by Drugs -- Since the 1984 Gallo-Heckler HHS press conference declared HTLV/HIV to be the "probable" cause of AIDS, antibodies became indicators of death, rather than evidence of successful immune activity. Since that time, any scientist questioning the official HIV-worshipping dogma has been shouted down with ad hominem attacks and marginalization by those dripping with pharmaceutical conflicts of interest, profiting from perpetual fear of a retrovirus never caught in the act of doing anything. Sounds eerily similar to the way scientists who dare question the global warming orthodoxy are treated.

Cap and trade this: Edmond McNack, while working as Sheriff's deputy, was bitten by a prisoner. Although the prisoner was later shown to be HIV-negative, McNack took AZT+3TC as post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP). He suffered significant health problems during the 10 weeks before he could not longer stand taking the drugs, and these health problems continued, resulting in lung sarcoidosis, prednisone treatment, damage to his hips caused by the prednisone resulting in a double hip replacement. Edmond McNack joins me to review this bizarre case and why the state is denying him compensation (hint: it's based on religious convictions of HIV worshippers).

Obama "ploys" with Al Gore's inconvenient hockey stick

Headline: Obama May Use Legislative Ploy to Jam Through Health, Tax Bills "The move would allow Democrats to approve plans to raise taxes by $1 trillion, create a cap-and-trade system to rein in greenhouse-gas emissions, and overhaul health care without a single Republican vote."

When nearly half of your year is spent working to pay for government on all levels, how much more taxing is possible before the whole bureaucracy collapses of its own weight?

The Dems want to tax what little is left of productivity for what purpose? The only thing left to tax for is full-on socialism, although they will never say the word. At this point the "S" word is not necessary since the deed becomes real even without the accurate label being acknowledged.

Hillary-care becomes manifest by Obama's legislative ploys, which comes from the Government Growth Manual "Playbook by Crisis" chapter. Crisis is really an opportunity that should not be wasted -- according to the Hillary-Obama regime.

Where is the opposition party? One is for big government while the other is for bigger government. Are there anymore Ron Paul Republicans coming to the party?

And what of this Obamanable agenda? Since there is no "manmade" global warming, for instance, what's the point of cap and trade, except to turn the U.S. into a 3rd world nation while China and India belch into a 1st. Even if cap and trade does not become reality here, the Federal Reserve is doing all within its power to turn us into the United States of Zimbabwe anyway.

Why use environmentalism as the excuse? It's a convenient tool. Much of the environmental movement has long been co-opted by globalists who view the U.S. as the main obstacle to world government. Destroy the dollar and Americans may clamor for an international intervention. That's the theory, anyway.

We should all protect the environment, but environmentalism has become a collectivist religion, rather than a legitimate movement for true conservatism. Check out Obama's agenda referenced in the above-linked news story (and the form of government to which it is most aligned):

Progressive income tax? Communism.

State control of industry? Fascism.

Universal health care? Socialism.

Where's freedom? History.

Do you think that $4.5 billion in sales is enough incentive for a lot of people to ignore the dangerous side effects? Humans have always found ways to convince themselves that the ends justifies the means. While it may make them sleep better at night, their actions have consequences.

Under the guise of helping people with psychiatric diagnoses, it has become "acceptable" that some of those treated will get diabetes. That, in and of itself, is not surprising, as all FDA-approved medications have undesirable side effects. What compounds the problem is that the drug maker, often with the complicity of a corrupt bureaucratic oligarchy, suppresses information vital to enable the end user (or their family) to make a fully informed choice about the risk-benefit ratio. If side effects are glossed over or erased altogether, it is a crime of omission.

What could motivate people to disregard another human being's life? Greed. What is the method by which that greed is allowed to flourish in humans? Collectivism.

When people become dehumanized by numbering and statistics, there is an illusion that settles over what would normally be guilt or remorse for unconscionable actions.

"The ends justify the means?"

If you can be convinced that there is a greater good in the sacrificing of the few, then perhaps you rationalize away the deaths caused (directly or indirectly) by your actions.

Collectivism is the enemy. Individuals will always be sacrificed in a collectivist system, in the name of something that does not even exist. There is no such thing as "group" rights, for instance. There are only individual rights. Unless you are Borg, or course.

What is wrong with Obama's stimulus plan? It is based on and rooted in collectivism. It matters not the individuals who will be harmed by the theft of their present and future. All that matters is some indefinable "greater good." Just like FDA approved drugs that have their side effects hidden or glossed over.

But it is not only that which makes the current economic/drug system evil.

It is the outright suppression of anything that might compete with an FDA-approved drug or drug category. The monopoly granted by government to the drug industry has not only facilitated the proliferation of deadly medicines, but it has also lead to the criminalization of natural healing substances and those who would grow, market and use them. Even if you personally do not utilize the healing substances of nature, how could you support their suppression in violation of the individual rights of your neighbor to use them in the care of his or her health?

Obama's plan to institute nationalized health care would make an already corrupt system even more corrupt. Concerned liberals applaud the government takeover of 17% of the GDP on the grounds that it is compassionate and caring to do so. But that is true only if you believe in the forced "medicalization" of every person in the United States.

The concept of force, in this case, is lost on the left. They may claim to hate it in terms of militarization, but when it comes to forcing other individuals to acquiesce to their version of compassion, force is justified. Can you say "cognitive dissonance?"

The problem compounds with each successive transfer of power from right to left and left to right, because they are both convinced that if only they wielded the power, everything would be correct with the world. The truth is that government is force and that force in violation of anyone's free will is a crime. No one human is capable of controlling such a beast, which is why the founders of these united states of America purposely created a weak central government heavily restricted by the Constitution for the united States.

"Never give your friend any power over you that your enemy may acquire."

Where have left and right gone wrong? By their actions, it is evident that they both believe government is their friend. While government may be a necessary evil on planet earth, it should never be used to violate individual liberty. At the origin of this country, that concept was understood.

What of shared responsibility? This is a concept that can only be defined by contract. Are you party to the contract that now forces you to pay your neighbor's mortgage or drug bill? Have you ever heard anyone in government ask that question (besides Ron Paul)? How about in the mainstream media?

In 2009, we stand on the precipice of choosing socialism or freedom. Collectivism or individual liberty. Which will you choose? Or will that choice be taken from you by hidden contracts of adhesion?

If the drug companies can hide deadly side effects, what makes you think that the government can't hide deadly clauses?

Most politicians are under the illusion that the cause of the economic crisis is the free market. If that's your starting point then socialism looks good to you. However, any system that relies upon theft for its operation is morally bankrupt and evil at the word "go."

So why do Democrats and Republicans both clamor for varying forms of socialism? Can it co-exist with freedom? Only if you change the definition.

The trillion dollar stimulus is abject theft from those not even born yet, much less the living already here. It is a form of slavery.

Did you know that Lincoln did not go to war to free the slaves, but to enslave the states in violation of their contracted "right" to secede from the Union? In addition to sending nearly 700,000 Americans to their death, Lincoln set the stage for a federal supremacy emanating from Washington, D.C. The Feds were supposed to be subservient to the states and the people. What do you think the 10th Amendment was all about?

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

Is there a solution? Study the Declaration of Independence. Either that, or lots of drugs.

Moo. Socialized Stimulus Package Turns Patients into Numbered Cattle...

Headline: Health Care Scare: What's Buried Deep in the Bill? "...no one from either party is objecting to the health provisions slipped in without discussion."

What does a bill that pretends to "bail out the economy in a dire emergency" have to do with government health care? Well, if your aim is to implement national socialism, you can't well do it without fully co-opting 17% of the GDP, can you?

As far as I can tell, the Pharmaceutical Industrial Complex is not in need of financial help. They have enough money to bail out the governments of many small countries. Yet, the soon to be trillion-plus Federal Reserve Note synthetic-stimulus contains "hidden" clauses that will allow for full implementation of Hillary Clinton's fondest dreams, Universal Health Care, which is actually Orwellian-speak for "pharmaceutical disease management bureaucracy."

According to Rep. Ron Paul, they were not even given an opportunity to read the bill before they voted on it. At least he voted "no." Didn't anybody's momma tell them not to sign ANYTHING before reading it?

In addition to the destruction it will unleash on licensed medical doctors, it portends to be a nightmare for anyone invested in the use of natural healing methods. What is left of health freedom goes Barack-a-bye baby. That is, unless the American people wake up and recognize their true identity and subsequently re-establish a proper relationship with their servant-government.

The bill, after being signed by the Obama, will track your medical treatments "...electronically by a federal system."

Will it effect you? According to the bill's health directives, the regulations will affect “every individual in the United States” (445, 454, 479). Do we have an identity crisis? If you were to assume that you are an "individual" as defined in the statute-to-be, it would behoove you to learn the definition first. Assumptions at law are very dangerous things because they typically bind people to covert and overt clauses which do not even apply to them. If it is too much to consider that people in power try to dupe people who are not, then go ahead and assume away the last of your dwindling health freedoms.

"One new bureaucracy, the National Coordinator of Health Information Technology, will monitor treatments to make sure your doctor is doing what the federal government deems appropriate and cost effective."

Does anyone in Washington, D.C. find anything in that statement problematic? How about the rest of the country that Chuck Schumer refers to as the "chattering" class? How do you like the feds getting to decide what is "appropriate" in the care of your health? Appropriate? Pretty much EVERYTHING they do is INappropriate and UNconstitutional.

And what about "cost effective?" This is the same government that needs to spend a trillion dollars in order to create what they claim will be 4 million jobs! $250,000 per job sounds sweet until you realize that it would enslave us all to an evil bureaucratic oligarchy. How much does it cost to create a job in the private sector?

These provisions in the simulus-stimulus bill are eerily similar to what Tom Daschle prescribed in his 2008 book, “Critical: What We Can Do About the Health-Care Crisis.” Check this out:

According to Daschle, doctors have to give up autonomy and “learn to operate less like solo practitioners.”

In other words, Daschle wants doctors to become more collectivist than they already are. If these licensed representatives of state medicine do not acquiesce and become “meaningful users” of the new system, they will face penalties. As is typical of 1,000-plus page bills rushed through without ample reading time, the term “meaningful user” isn’t even defined in the bill. Does Tommy-boy get to make it up as he goes along? Or has the script already been written?

In his book, Daschle proposed an appointed body with vast powers to make the “tough” decisions elected politicians won’t make.

What tough decisions is he talking about? All of them. Once passed, the unelected, unaccountable bureaucratic oligarchy takes over and does whatever it wants to in support of those entities that have purchased special treatment from government. Complain to your representative? They will write a letter to a regulator, show it to you and explain how there is nothing he can do. That's the "tough" decision to which Daschle refers. That way, it's never the fault of your congressional representative. But they sure wrote a "tough" letter.

[Daschle] praises Europeans for being more willing to accept “hopeless diagnoses” and “forgo experimental treatments,” and he chastises Americans for expecting too much from the health-care system.

I suppose when you steal money from your neighbor to pay for your medical care, they could argue about the way you spend it...or even if you can spend it. But under this new law, even if you have the money to pay for a procedure deemed not cost-effective out of your own pocket, your doctor could be fined or imprisoned for helping you. This is the land of the free? More like the home of the drugged.

"This board approves or rejects treatments using a formula that divides the cost of the treatment by the number of years the patient is likely to benefit."

Mooooo. Socialized medicine reduces you to a number or a statistic. Under the Obama plan, you are no longer human, but have become digits in some actuarial table to determine whether it's worth it to even attempt to save your life with the wonders of modern, government-licensed medicine. You don't get even a fraction back of what is stolen from you. Why do socialist elitists in government want so desperately to take over healthcare in America?

"The health-care industry is the largest employer in the U.S. It produces almost 17 percent of the nation’s gross domestic product."

That's the rapid route to a socialized America. Freedom never had a chance against the drugs of BIG PHARMA. Congratulations Obama. Isn't it time for you to roll over and have a cigarette?
