Health Care Overhaul to Create National I.D. Card

Headline: Drug industry helping Obama overhaul health care "Numerous people with knowledge of PhRMA's plans said they had been told it would likely reach $150 million and perhaps $200 million." If the drug industry is actually lobbying for it, why are Democrats so enthused?

I thought that only Republicans were in the pockets of BIG Pharma. I guess Obama can play that game, though he claimed to be an agent of change, not more of the same hopped up on FDA approved medications...

You want evidence that the federal government would be an abject failure at cost savings by delivering socialized medicine to the masses? Just look at the hundreds of millions spent on worthless and dangerous drugs and vaccines in preparation for a pandemic flu that may never arrive.

I can prevent, treat and cure influenza for pennies on the dollar with natural medicines and trace minerals. If I can do it, thousands of other natural healers could do the same.

Government, in its collectivist disease care mentality, looks at the people as if we are a herd of cattle. One size does not fit all in preventive care, much less the treatment of disease. The only way universal health care works is to water it down so that it is the same for everyone, except for the politicians, of course, who would never accept such a rotten deal.

I would argue that the goal of Obama-care is not the care of the people, but the completion of medical enslavement into the pharmaceutical industrial complex. That and a de facto national ID card.

No other industry has the money to lobby with more largesse such FDA-approved crap. Would you like to know how to get the people to welcome - even beg - for slavery? Drug them.

President Obama and the Democrats earn an "F" for their monstrous non-solution to what is called the health care crisis. Don't worry lefties, Republicans only earn a "D" - and that may be generous, just because they are not currently Democrats. Or are they?

It's raining cats and dogs and the fish are on drugs. What's in your water?

Headline: Fish in U.S. Rivers Tainted With Common Medications "The common antihistamine diphenhydramine (Benadryl), an anticonvulsant and two types of antidepressants were among the seven types of pharmaceuticals found in the tissue and livers of fish from waterways in or near Chicago, Dallas, Philadelphia, Phoenix and Orlando, Fla."

Fish depression? Fish allergies? So now we have detached fish with no allergic symptoms. Here are some of the major drug discoveries in local waterways:

• the cholesterol drug gemfibrozil (Lopid), which researchers say had never before been found in wild fish;
• diltiazem (Cardizem), a medication that helps control high blood pressure;
• carbamazepine (Tegretol), a drug used for epilepsy and bipolar disorder;
• norfluoxetine, an active ingredient in the antidepressant fluoxetine (Prozac);
• the antidepressant sertraline (Zoloft);
• galaxolide and tonalide, common odor-enhancing ingredients in soap and other hygiene products.

This is only a partial list.

Question: Where are the environmental groups petitioning at the gates of FDA and EPA, much less the gates of pharmaceutical manufacturers poisoning all life on planet earth? Apparently, they were too busy taking drug money to petition EPA to regulate colloidal silver as a pesticide.

Where do all the synthetic drugs and other ingredients go? Do they magically disappear into the ethers of outer space?

"Galaxolide and tonalide were found in the highest concentrations in the fish tissue, while the others were more concentrated in the liver, which processes foreign substances that enter the body."

If you still utilize the soaps of the synthetic chemical industry, it is likely that your tissues are now loaded with odor-enhancing compounds, too. It's great to know that you will not smell bad when you no longer need your body. It makes perfect sense why undertakers require so much less formaldehyde to embalm bodies nowadays.

Whose liver is not getting hammered by FDA approved ingredients and drugs? When medical pundits and pharmaceutical apologists claim that liver detoxification is quackery, force-feed them the tap water containing the drug compounds that accumulate in their liver. Let them cry to FDA and EPA when they develop cancer resulting from their denial of the dangers of government-approved biological toxins.

Will they declare us all EPA Super Fund sites? Then maybe they can attempt to clean us up with more harsh petrochemicals that will only add the original toxic burden.

Newsflash: Cleaning up the environment with the same toxic chemicals used to pollute it, is much the same as solving the problem of excess borrowing and spending by borrowing and spending even more. That's why I do not look to politicians to solve the very problems for which they are largely at fault.

EPA: Drugs in the Water Must Mean We Need More Drugs to Clean Up This Economic Mess

Headline: World's highest drug levels entering India stream "Enough of a single, powerful antibiotic was being spewed into one stream each day to treat every person in a city of 90,000." Is this the new socialized medicine? No need to go to your doctor and pharmacy, just bathe in the stream.

Somehow, I do not think that is what Hillary meant by "universal" health care, but it's just as destructive. Enslaving the planet to pharmaceuticals is the inevitable result of the phony free market (monopoly medicine) and/or overt socialism (government-mandated health insurance for all).

One problem is the lack of understanding as to the true cause of disease. Disease does not result from a pharmaceutical drug-deficiency. Breast cancer is not due to a shortage of mammograms. Yet all proposed solutions, whether they be faux free market, or leftist paternalism, focus on allopathic drugs and licensed allopathic practitioners to the exclusion of that which is true prevention and health correction.

The business of disease is still disease, whether there be 250,000,000 payers or a single payer. As long as the government grants a monopoly to Big PHARMA and its representatives, the system does not change, and true health suffers, while the cancerous bureaucratic oligarchy metastasizes.

Your freedom to heal is only impeded by government interfering in a true free market. A real free market (not the illusory one we have been operating under for many decades) would include all healers and healing modalities competing on a level playing field. Where there is true competition, services become more efficient and more affordable.

News alert: Allopathic medicine does not have to compete with any healthcare system other than itself, so it has become grossly inefficient and extraordinarily expensive. At the same time, government involvement has stifled innovation, so that true breakthroughs in prevention and treatment are suppressed or banned. This may keep Big PHARMA's cash registers humming, but it keeps diseased people ever more diseased.

So, how is it that the world's waterways are becoming the circulatory system of the patented, synthetic substances of the Pharmaceutical Industrial Complex? If it is not by outright dumping, then it is simply a function of the human and animal bladder.

"Last year, The Associated Press reported that trace concentrations of pharmaceuticals had been found in drinking water provided to at least 46 million Americans."

Trace concentrations may not sound like much, but when you realize that life happens in trace concentrations, perhaps you will see the real failure of EPA and environmental organizations in "protecting" the public. Just like the rest of the unconstitutional rule-making bodies in Washington, D.C., they end up protecting industry over you and me.

Case in point: Why are environmental groups petitioning EPA to ban colloidal silver as a dangerous pesticide when nano-silver particles have existed naturally in streams all over planet earth since earth became a planet? At the same time, the REAL toxins (FDA-approved drugs) are causing asexual and hermaphrodite amphibians to pop up where there used to be none, while increasing infertility in higher mammals as well. Now we get word that trace amounts of other manmade chemicals are delaying pregnancies and increasing rates of miscarriage.

You want regulation? The regulators you may crave are actually complicit in this nefarious plot to flood planet earth in the chemical soup of Pfizer and Monsanto, just to name two of the many multinational chemical conglomerates. It is not just in "environmental" welfare where regulators are screwing up the natural order.

It is much the same with the current economy. Government regulations and mutant regulators are facilitating the demise of the economy and (eventually) the dollar along with it by carpeting planet earth with fiat Federal Reserve Note "dollars." Can you say "currency crash"?

Does anyone see a common theme running through this call for more government intervention to save us from that which government makes inevitable?

If the EPA does to the environment what the Fed is doing to the economy, its minions will claim that only more drugs in the water can clean up the problem we have with too many drugs in the water. I wish I were kidding.

Expensive Drugs Expanding Market for Dietary Supplements in Deficient Economy

Headline: Weak Economy Has Many Skipping Doctors, Turning to Herbal Supplements "Whole Foods Market Inc. says its stores nationwide have seen an increase in sales of nutritional supplements and herbal products in the past several weeks."

The complaint used to be that dietary supplements were too expensive. But that was when health consumers were shielded from the true cost of pharmaceutical dependence by 3rd party payers (semi-private and government insurance). Now that jobs and health insurance coverage are being lost, the real economic costs of disease management vs. health care are being revealed.

Could the natural products industry be set to explode by default? When the people can't afford drugs, turning to dietary supplements is the next logical progression. Unless, of course, you believe that the answer is cheaper drugs from Mexico and Canada. I don't care how cheap you can find them, diabetes drugs, for instance, can NEVER reverse diabetes. GTF Chromium, however, a dietary food supplement CAN reverse diabetes for pennies on the dollar. Just don't ask the manufacturer to admit it. For the sake of their survival in our pharmaceutical tyranny, they will rightly disavow any knowledge of it.

Where do we go from here? The return of Hillary-care under Obama is the only way that the pharmaceutical industrial complex can maintain its monopoly stranglehold on nearly 15% of the U.S. GDP. Note to my Democratic friends:

"It is not to help the poor, but to enrich the elites."

Why do you think that environmental groups are petitioning the EPA to ban colloidal silver? To save the environment? Are you on "earth-muffin" drugs? Any tool that can increase the health sovereignty of the individual will come under increasing attack as the current medical-social order decays. It is decaying precisely because of the Federal Reserve-engineered economic collapse.

"The doctors are so much higher (in cost), the insurance isn't paying as much..."

Yeah, that's the superficial symptom, but the cure is most definitely NOT Socialized Medicine. What, dare say, could it be? Freedom. Sadly, this is something for which millions of Americans apparently no longer have the stomach.

I wonder if socialized medical mandates will include gastroenterologist intervention for anyone duped into believing that nutrition can prevent and reverse disease (and that drugs cannot). They already propose surgical removal of stomach parts for obese diabetic children, so how much more ludicrous and barbaric can it get? I am not sure that I want to know.

Paul Revere, where are you? The FDA is coming! The FDA is coming! Do you think that Barack Obama has a clue?

With the economy tanking, will you cower in fear and beg for a handout or stand up to the artificial creations of the state, including the bureaucratic oligarchy that stifles healing innovation and freedom? The people of the three branches of government have precipitated and continue to allow the health care (disease management) crisis to flourish. Should we look to them to solve the very problems they create?

I have a dream. A dream that Barack Obama recognizes that it is government that poses the biggest obstacle to health freedom and subsequently calls for an end to the reign of the bureaucratic oligarchy known as FDA.

After all, dreams are free; government handouts are not.

Guest Commentary by Christopher C. Barr: “FDA, Roche warn doctors on Tamiflu dangers,” declared a bold news headline this week from the major Reuters news service.

Roche warned doctors about their Tamiflu drug in a recent letter of “some cases resulting in fatal outcomes”. In plain English that means there are people dying linked to use of their drug.

This is old news to those in Japan where such warnings have been given since 2005.

The FDA at that time asserted Tamiflu was safe and did not require any warning in America noting “we cannot say definitively there is a causal relation between the drug and the children’s deaths,” according to then FDA Deputy Commissioner Dr. Murray Lumpkin.

That response parroted the statement days earlier from Roche (producer of the drug Tamiflu) “that a causal link cannot be established”.

The inference was to downplay the Japanese warnings as an exaggerated response.

The simple fact was that Tamiflu usage in Japan far exceeded that of both the United States and of every nation in the world combined. The Japanese warning noted 12 deaths of children, and countless incidences of delirium, hallucinations, convulsions and encephalitis while using that drug.

The FDA received reports of more than twice as many child deaths and in excess of 700 other episodes with Tamiflu usage all the way last spring. Why did it take until this next year and almost the end of flu season before FDA and industry warnings were sounded? Is the priority to protect consumers or to protect multi-billion dollar drug $ale$?

The mainstream (polluted stream) media did their part to downplay the seriousness of this matter by changing in the afternoon the original morning headline noted above to, “Flu drug makers change labels over behavior issue.”

Death by modern mediSin is now a “behavior issue”?!?!?!?

Note the ambiguity and non-specific nature of the new headline. Both the offending (and offensive) government approver and pharmaceutical producer of the drug are removed along with the name of the drug as well – which again is Tamiflu. The new headline is also non-threatening with information about doctors being warned and dangers now absent.

Another instance of the unholy trinity of BIG government, BIG pharma and BIG media acting together as one for their own vested interests decidedly not in the best interest of you and yours.

Did I mention that Tamiflu sales are significantly paid for with taxpayer dollars?

Pattern emerging

Also in just the past week alone studies indicate serious problems with two other longstanding drug therapies by which pharmaceutical phirms have profited countless billion$ of dollar$ by way of what appears to be phraud both phinancial and of $cience.

The alleged benefits from hormone replacement therapy have been found lacking or even absent and worse as some areas promoted for protection are actually endangered.

The alleged benefits from antidepressant drugs have also been called into question as greatly exaggerated.

FDA approved, pharmaceutically produced drugs are being revealed with the passing of time as bad science to such a degree as to make dependence upon the FDA , pharmaceutical phirms and the modern mediSin that practices upon people as unsound and even foolish practice.
